Freerk FABER Hengelo, The Netherlands Freerk Faber is director of WTC Twente since 1 April 2009. Faber was Head of the Division “Ruimte, Economie en Wonen” of the Municipality of Hengelo before. He has many years of experience in supporting longtime economic change and restructuring projects at the municipalities of Hengelo, Middelburg and Coevorden. Freerk was closely involved in the designing and start-up phase of the WTC Twente. Sergei SHAPOSHNIKOV Moscow, Russian Federation Sergei Shaposhnikov is member of Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School (MSU BS) faculty since 2011, and has more than ten years of teaching and research experience at various international institutions such as MSU BS, The Higher School of Economics (HSE), United Nations, Hiroshima City University, St. Petersburg State University and Stockholm School of Economics in St. Petersburg.
