Freerk Faber is director of WTC Twente since 1 April 2009. Faber was Head of the Division “Ruimte, Economie en Wonen” of the Municipality of Hengelo before. He has many years of experience in supporting longtime economic change and restructuring projects at the municipalities of Hengelo, Middelburg and Coevorden. Freerk was closely involved in the designing and start-up phase of the WTC Twente. Under his leadership, the WTC Twente has become an important partner and intermediary for businesses from the Twente region to facilitate international activities.

Natalia Bukhshtaber

Natalia Bukhshtaber is Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Associate Dean for Academic Programmes and International Affairs of the Business school of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
She teaches Social and Applied Research Methods, Operations management and Supervision of research projects. She has experience in the development and implementation of postgraduate educational programmes, in business consulting, was working as a chief of analytical departments in the state and commercial banking structures, and had a position as chief operations manager of a service company.

Jacques Bazen is lecturer at the School of Business, Building and Technology of Saxion University of Applied Sciences. His subjects are International economics and Entrepreneurship. He is also active as researcher in several national and international projects related to stimulating Regional Economic Development.
