Application for Autumn Business School edition 2017
Conditions for participation
1. The winning team is invited to present their winning proposal / methods during the next Saxion international Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RIEC) conference. (www.riec.org). We have unfortunately no financial means to sponsor the travel costs of the winning team, but will do all we can to provide for some of the costs of stay of the teams.
2. The winner of the Autumn School project challenge will be announced after 1 January 2018 at the official web-site www.autumnbusinessschool.org, Business School Moscow State University, WTC and Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
3. One project team can consist from 4 up to 6 members. All the participants should be register separately. The organizing committee will combine different applicants into international teams. Participants can suggest other team members to the organizing committee if desired.
4. All the participance should be students in the 3rd or 4th year on Bachelor level of any Russian University. There is no limit in age or academic program. The participants of the school will be chosen by the organizational committee in cooperation with the expert comittee.
5. All members of the winning team will be awarded with a certificate of winners, all other participants will get a certificate of participation upon completion.
6. The material of the assignment which is handed in to the organizational committee will be the property of the client and can be used for commercial and scientific purposes.
7. Participation in the ABS is free of charge.
8. The application via this registration form automatically means that the participant of the ABS agrees with the above described conditions.
Important dates/deadlines
1 August 2017 - Application opens
10 September 2017 - Deadline for applications
15 September 2017 - Announcement of the list of participants of the school.
16 September 2017 - Informational meeting about the project
10 October 2017 - Deadline for submission of the plan of approach of each individual team
25 November 2017 - Deadline for submitting the final project plan.
27 November - 1 December 2017 - Intensive Week for all participants at Lomonosov Moscow State University, creating the final presentation.
1 December 2017 - Presentation of the plan for the entrepreneur.
24 December 2017 - Deadline for submitting final corrections
January 2018 - Announcement of the winning team on this website.
March 2018 - Invitation to the winning team of the Autumn School to the RIEC (www.riec.org) conference at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede.
